Dover Middle School

Location: Dover, Arkansas

The newly renovated $10 million Dover Middle School opened in the fall of 2016.  The existing 17,000 SF existing building structure was salvaged serving as the organizing element for an additional 60,000 SF of new construction. The goal of the District was to have the entire facility enclosed and under one roof.  It houses grades five through eight and features 27 classrooms, state of the art science labs, media center, and a gymnasium.  Construction of the project took 14 months and was delivered to the District on time and within their budget.
