Location: Little Rock, Arkansas

In a process that began with a facility analysis study of the existing Hardin and Grace Building in downtown Little Rock, the Prosecutor’s Office moved to the renovated and expanded facility once work was completed.  A LEED certified project, the existing building was “deconstructed” to salvage materials to be recycled and remove contaminants from the building.  The redevelopment plan involved 9,000 square feet of new space to complement the renovated 21,000 square feet of existing area.  Energy conservation, interior air quality, and environmental impact were all part of the plan to create a green building process.
